Your triceps are the quads of your arms– how often do you roll out your quads and how often do you give your triceps some love? Probably not a very even 1:1 ratio, even though your triceps are a workhorse!
Lots of junk can accumulate in the triceps, which can contribute to tennis elbow-like symptoms. Work those soft tissues out and give yourself some slack in the front rack position as well as overhead!
