Today’s mobility work is to do some active squat work– flossing around the hips and the deep dark corners of your squat will help make the squat less of a crazy place to be! Definitely use a pole or squat rack if you can!


Today’s mindfulness work is to consider the difference between goals and dreams! Goals have a plan, dreams don’t.

Do some box breathing, too!
