Work those quads! Grab a barbell and your best effort to not make a gross face and smash your thighs for a few minutes.
Today’s mindfulness work is to take twenty very careful breaths. Roll through the drills in the video to ensure you know what the three-part breath feels like, then start counting!
If you lose count because your mind has wandered, then start again at zero!
