Today’s mobility work is a simple yoga-based mobilization that utilizes the breath as a focal point and helps open up the posterior chain dramatically!
Easy to do anywhere, six rounds of extension and flexion of that lunging knee will get you some range of motion.
In today’s video, we discuss some of the finer details of box breathing– specifically, increasing the count as the mind begins to wander + some physical focal points during the breath holds.
